This camera will be moved around the garden to capture anything of interest. A standard camera I use but protected from rain as it is not a water resistant model. I already have ideas.
Woodmouse under my covered area at the side of the house. No idea where they are actually nesting but the tier shown is over one metre from ground level. Three tiers in all stacked usually with my junk.
Bowl contains mealworms and sunflower seeds.
This short (edited) video to kick-start the idea. I know another place where I want to try but it means making a simple wooden bridge type structure to prevent birds taking the food.
NB: You can drain fat into a bowl and let it set after mixing with seeds. Well received by some creatures with a high metabolic rate.
