| V1 to Errwood Hall Car Park direct - MAIN |

| This short (1.2km) section is a route I have often seen folk using. It avoids the longer (2.1km) Shooter's Clough route. IE a useful shortcut if you prefer. It is listed because it offers unique views overlooking Errwood Reservoir for landscape photography. More of the reservoir can be seen in shots than from higher vantage points, in the right sunny conditions. With my wide-angle lens I need to close the gap. |
